1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legal document governing the use of the my365 online betting platform ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any services provided by my365, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this Agreement.

my365 operates under international licensing and provides sports betting, online slot games, live casino, and other table games to eligible users. This platform is operated and managed in accordance with applicable licensing guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to refrain from using the my365 platform. Continued use after any amendments to these Terms is considered your acceptance of those changes.

2. User Eligibility

my365 services are restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the my365 platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details, is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A mobile number registered in your name.
• Valid payment details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

my365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. This verification helps protect your account from unauthorised access.

Your account password is your personal responsibility. Please ensure the password you choose is strong and is not shared with anyone. my365 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a shared or compromised password.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

my365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all available in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

• Online banking via FPX

• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a my365 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is submitted.
• All withdrawals will be returned to the original payment method used during deposit, except in exceptional circumstances requiring an alternative method.
• Completed identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal request is approved.

my365 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal that requires further review for security or compliance reasons. Users will be notified via email or Live Chat if any issue arises with their withdrawal.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by my365 are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Bonus abuse or any attempt to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.

Welcome Bonus: my365 offers a 100% match bonus on the first deposit of up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 bringing your account balance to RM200 — and you need to wager RM1,000 (RM100 × 10) before the bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

my365 VIP Programme: my365 VIP members are divided into three tiers based on betting activity:

• 🥈 Silver — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• 🥇 Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

Your progression to a higher VIP tier depends on the consistency and regularity of your betting activity on this platform. The my365 team reserves the right to review and adjust a user's VIP status at our discretion.

7. General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the my365 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are required to ensure that betting details are correct before confirmation is made.

• Sports bets are based on the official results of the relevant sporting body.
• In the event of a dispute regarding match results, my365 will refer to recognised official sources.
• Odds may change at any time before a bet is locked in. Bets that have been locked will not be affected by odds changes after confirmation.
• my365 reserves the right to void or reject any bet found to have been affected by system errors, inaccurate information, or suspicious activity.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits may vary by game type and event. These limits are subject to change at my365's discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the my365 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice:

• Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or other technology to access or interact with the platform.
• Any form of collusion, match manipulation, or strategies designed to deceive the platform or other users.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts, back-betting coordination (arbitrage) intended to eliminate risk, or other methods that violate the spirit of a promotion.
• Identity fraud, use of forged documents, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial activities.
• Technical interference with the platform, including attempts to hack, attack, or compromise system security.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting my365 customer support via Live Chat or email. Before account closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the user after applicable deductions, if any.

my365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.

Users whose accounts are terminated due to a violation are not entitled to reopen the account or register a new account on the my365 platform.

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond my365's control.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login details.
• Third-party content that may be accessible through links or integrations within the platform.

Betting carries real financial risk. The my365 platform does not guarantee winnings and all betting outcomes depend entirely on factors outside our control. Users are fully responsible for the betting decisions they make.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

my365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the my365 official website.
